2. Information we collect
When you subscribe for updates, we collect your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive marketing communications. Our website form provider may also process technical information associated with the submission, such as its date and time.
3. Why we use it
We use your email address to tell you about the launch of Haven Luxury Retreats, accommodation, booking availability and occasional related news. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it to market unrelated businesses.
4. Lawful basis and withdrawing consent
Our lawful basis for sending these marketing emails is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. Signing up is voluntary. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing reception@whitehavengolfclub.com. When we introduce a marketing email service, its messages will also provide an unsubscribe method. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which receives and stores mailing-list form submissions on our behalf. Access is limited to authorised personnel and relevant service providers. We take appropriate steps to protect your information. We do not sell subscriber details.
